1. Order Processing
📦 Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2-5 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
2. Shipping Times & Rates
🚚 We offer standard and expedited shipping options at checkout. Estimated delivery times:
- Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2-5 business days
- International Shipping: 7-21 business days (varies by location)

3. Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can keep an eye on its journey to you!
4. Shipping Delays
While I work hard to get your order to you ASAP, delays may occur due to factors outside my control (weather, carrier issues, customs, etc.). If your package is delayed, please check your tracking details before reaching out.
5. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
📌 Lost or Stolen: If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, check with neighbors or your local post office. Unfortunately, I am not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered.
📌 Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please email me at admin@lottaandliv.com.au within 7 days with photos, and I’ll make it right!
6. International Shipping
🌍 I ship worldwide! However, international customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply. These fees are determined by your country’s customs policies and are not included in my prices.
7. Address Issues & Returns to Sender
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout! If an order is returned to me due to an incorrect or incomplete address, I can reship it (additional shipping fees may apply).
