I want you to love your purchase, but I totally get it—sometimes things don’t work out. Here’s everything you need to know about returns, exchanges, and refunds:
Returns & Exchanges
🔹 Timeframe: You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange.
🔹 Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
🔹 Exclusions: Personalized or custom-made items are final sale and cannot be returned.
How to Start a Return
1️⃣ Email me at admin@lottaandliv.com.au with your order number and reason for return.
2️⃣ I’ll provide return instructions and the return shipping address.
3️⃣ Once I receive your item, I’ll process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
📦 Return Shipping:
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Refunds
✅ Refunds are issued to your original payment method once the return is approved.
✅ Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
✅ If your item arrived damaged or incorrect, please contact me ASAP—I’ll make it right!
Damaged or Incorrect Orders?
Oh no! If your order isn’t quite right, please reach out within 7 days of delivery with photos, and I’ll sort it out at no cost to you.
